Monitor your team’s activity. The Remote Platform provides you with an overview and an update of your staff’s work activities. You will be able to view their task progress, computer screenshots, visual reports of computer application usage, and log-in and other productivity reports.

Screen Shot Report
Receive proof of your staff’s activity and output for transparency. Your staff’s computer screen is captured and recorded every three minutes. These screenshots are stored in the system and is available to view in the next 6 months.
Camera Shot (Optional)
Know what your staff members are up to via webcam shots taken every three minutes. Remote workers assigned on a night shift can be monitored via this feature in order to make sure that they are in proper working state. By default, a random webcam shot is off and can only be activated upon your request and approval of your staff member.
Check your staff’s task with the Activity Tracker. By default, your staff is asked by the app to fill in the activity tracker every 20 minutes. You can view these details and access activity tracker report from any date or date range on your Client Portal.
Know what computer applications and websites your staff have accessed during their working hours.
The system will provide you a report of:
- The top computer applications and websites they used during working hours
- The time they have spent on these applications
