Screen Shot Report

Receive proof of your staff’s activity and output for transparency. Your staff’s computer screen is captured and recorded every three minutes. These screenshots are stored in the system and is available to view in the next 6 months.

Camera Shot (Optional)

Know what your staff members are up to via webcam shots taken every three minutes. Remote workers assigned on a night shift can be monitored via this feature in order to make sure that they are in proper working state. By default, a random webcam shot is off and can only be activated upon your request and approval of your staff member.

Activity Tracker

Check your staff’s task with the Activity Tracker. By default, your staff is asked by the app to fill in the activity tracker every 20 minutes. You can view these details and access activity tracker report from any date or date range on your Client Portal.

Application Usage

Know what computer applications and websites your staff have accessed during their working hours.

The system will provide you a report of:

  • The top computer applications and websites they used during working hours
  • The time they have spent on these applications
  • More details about these applications and websites.

This record serves as a good indication of their activities and how they spend time while at work.

Internet Connection

Monitor your staff’s quality of internet connection in terms of consistency and speed. You will also be notified of internet disconnections and dropouts via the system.

The Remote Platform is customizable.

You can choose to:

  • Change the time interval of the screen capture
  • Change the time interval activity tracker report
  • Turn off screen capture
  • Turn off activity tracker monitoring
  • Turn off application monitoring
  • Turn on camera capture with approval from your staff
